The Perfect Dress is dedicated to bringing a new way to bridal gown shopping. We understand the importance of the purchase whether you are a young bride just out of college, a second-time bride looking for something a little more simple, a military bride with a wedding moved up on short notice due to orders, or someone in between looking for the dress of your dreams that fits the reality of your budget.
If you or anyone in your wedding party has a dress to sell, come consign with us. Now is the perfect time to make some money on that dress you wore once and is hanging in your closet and make someone else’s dreams come true.

Consignment Policy
- Call 706-836-2019 or 706-877-1301 for an appointment or email cordiallyinvitedllc@comcast.net. Appointments are required and normally last 15-20 minutes.
- Bring in your gown and/or accessories that are cleaned, pressed and in excellent condition. The Perfect Dress does not accept all gowns on consignment. To pre-qualify your items please email cordiallyinvitedllc@comcast.net with a photo of your gown, designer name, size of gown, your street size when worn, style number and original price (before sales tax, alteration fees, bustling, shipping, etc), any wear, tear or damage to the item.
- If you have them, bring the original receipt and/or tags to better help determine a fair sales price. Most gowns will be priced 30-50% off their original price based on the cost of the item, style, age, and condition. How are prices determined? Typically, we deduct 25% off the original price for items that have never been worn and still have tags attached. New without tag dresses will be priced 30-50% off the original price paid, and 40-50% deducted off items that have been worn. The price may be reduced by 10-20% every 60-90 days. If you do not have your receipt or tags, pricing will be researched and a consignment price determined within 48 hours, if possible. You can contact the store where the gown was purchased and they may be able to provide you with a duplicate receipt.
- We will inspect the gown with you during the appointment and if we think we can sell it for you, a contract will be written for your consignment. Consignment pricing is determined by The Perfect Dress.
- Bring a photo of your gown (from designer’s website or with you in it) that we can photocopy and attach to the gown tag for future brides to view. Or better yet, email a photo to cordiallyinvitedllc@comcast.net.
- Your gown will be displayed in the boutique for up to one year. You are required to consign for a minimum of 90 days unless gown sells. If your gown sells, you will receive 50% of the agreed consigned price. Checks will be mailed out the first of each month.
- At the end of the consignment period, it is your responsibility to notify us as to whether the items will be picked up within the next 20 days or may be donated. Any items not picked up will become the property of The Perfect Dress.

1. Please inspect your item carefully prior to purchasing. All sales are sold “as is” and all sales are final.
- The Perfect Dress accepts cash, money orders or personal checks. Items purchased with checks will be held until the check has cleared the bank. Customers will be notified to pick up their items as soon as the check clears.
3. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.
- We recommend not bringing children when you are trying on gowns. Also, we ask that you please refrain from smoking prior to your appointment so the smell does not carry on to the gowns. If you have a strapless bra, please bring it with you, we do not provide them. Appropriate height shoes should be brought with you when you try on the dresses. Try to wear minimal amounts of makeup so it does not come off on the gowns. A fee will be charged if you damage the gowns.
- There is an independent seamstress on site who can provide alteration services. The Perfect Dress will not be held responsible for any workmanship or damage done through this vendor.
- Short term lay-a-way is available. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required, with balance due and item pick-up made within 30 days.

While we will take all reasonable and necessary measures to prevent loss, theft, damage or wear and tear to your items, this consignment agreement will expressly relieve The Perfect Dress of any liability for any such loss, theft or damage.
