Pre-wedding

Assistance with selection of wedding and reception site
- Assistance with vendor selection and attending consultation meetings as needed
- Liaison between client and vendors/Communicate regularly with all vendors to insure all arrangements which have previously been agreed upon are on track
- Vendor management (negotiating and evaluating contracts, providing itineraries, confirmations, etc.)
- Maintain payment schedule for vendors and provide reminders when payments are due if requested
- Complete customized budget design and updates
- Budget management (tracking payments, balancing worksheet, etc.)
- Invitation consultation, does not include addressing and mailing
- Preparation of wedding day timeline
- Rehearsal direction up to 2 hours
- Liaison between bride and groom and the bridal party as needed

Acts as a resource on matters of etiquette and tradition through out the process
- Assistance with search for bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, and groom's attire
- Assistance with the development of theme and color ideas
- Assistance with design issues such as decorations for ceremony/reception, favors for guest, etc.
- Coordination of accommodations for out-of-town guest
- Assistance with planned activities for out-of-town guest
- Arrangement of transportation for wedding party
- Assistance in selection of reception menu
- Assistance with seating chart for the reception
- Consulting for rehearsal dinner (provide a list of sites, caterers, etc.)
- Information concerning newspaper engagement and wedding announcements policies
- Information concerning marriage license policies and procedures
- Services provided on wedding day includes at least 2 wedding planners
- Prior to wedding, call all vendors to ensure they are setting up at the assigned times and that all details reflect the wishes as the bride and groom have dictated
Wedding Day
- Day of wedding, arrival at wedding site up to 3 hours prior to wedding
- Check wedding site to assure final details are completed
- Supervision of wedding and reception venues including setup and breakdown
- Supervision of vendors at wedding and reception
- Set up of all wedding items at the ceremony and reception (place cards, programs, favor, etc.)
- Distribute bouquet and flowers to wedding party
- Assistance for bride, groom and wedding party as needed in getting ready for the ceremony
- Provide detailed timeline to each vendor
- Assure compensation of vendors including "day of" payments and/or tips
- Direct wedding ceremony as needed
- Prompt band, DJ, on arrival of bridal party, cake-cutting, toast, etc.
- Oversee reception clean up
- Ensure all gifts, cake, attire, bridal book, flutes and any other items are being transported to the assigned location by the assigned person
- Oversee the return of florist and baker rental items
- Provide snacks for wedding party
- Up to three hours of pre-wedding setup- included in cost of package
- Up to two hours for directing the rehearsal- included in the cost of package
- Up to two hour for directing the ceremony-included in the cost of package
- Up to five hours for directing the reception-included in the cost of package

MONTH OF THE WEDDING PACKAGE- This package is designed for couples who have designed their wedding ,but need a professional to finalize the details and ensure a flawless wedding day.
Pre-wedding

- One-hour meeting to discuss details
- Verify contracts at least one month prior to wedding
- Preparation of wedding day timeline and ceremony details
- Rehearsal direction up to 1.5 hour
Wedding Day
- Day of wedding, check wedding site for set up
- Supervision of vendors at wedding and reception
- Distribute bouquet and flowers to wedding party
- Assistance for bride, groom and wedding party as needed in getting ready for the ceremony
- Provide detailed timeline
- Assure compensation of vendors including "day of" payments and/or tips
- Direct the wedding ceremony
- Prompt band or DJ, on arrival of bridal party, cake-cutting, toast, etc.
- Ensure all gifts, cake , attire, bridal book, flutes and any other items are being collected by the assigned person
- Up to two hours of pre-wedding set up
- Up to 1.5 hours for directing the rehearsal- included in the cost of package
- Up to 6 hours for directing the wedding and reception

A LA CARTE-HOURLY WEDDING MANAGEMENT- This package is designed for couples who prefer to handle their wedding ,but need expert advice and a little extra help to ensure a flawless wedding day. We are available for meetings to provide you with specific services such as vendor recommendations,rehearsals,detailed wedding day timeline, hotel and guest services accommodations , or guidance on etiquette .A two hour minimum is required .
